Typhoeus works best in a team with characters that can apply plenty of Nature Inflictions for her to consume. Arcane's WILL Form is one of her best supports, as she can apply 2 Nature Inflictions with her Battle Skill and Combo Skill, enough to generate 8 Signs in one rotation.
Liino functions great as a support as well, as she can buff Typhoeus' damage with her Ultimate's Nature Amp and Electrification without applying any non-Nature Infliction that can ruin Typhoeus' stack gain.
Ardelia, Perlica, or Fluorite can fill the remaining support slots. Ardelia or Perlica can debuff enemies and trigger Liino's Combo Skill with theirs, while Fluorite works in tandem with Arcane to provide additional Nature Inflictions for her Talent.
A team with Arcane, Gilberta, and Xaihi is possible as well. However, this requires a strict rotation to ensure that Typhoeus is always at 8 Signs while keeping the key buffs and debuffs active during her DPS windows. Perlica can be used in Xaihi's place for this, where she offers an easier rotation but deals less damage due to the lack of Amp buffs.
Arcane, Ardelia, and Perlica can form a team with Typhoeus as well, and it is the most accessible variant in her Hypercarry teams due to Perlica's and Ardelia's F2P status.
